Why we ask for what we ask for
The form asks for your name, phone number, email, the city or address of the property, and a description of what the house is doing. The phone number is there because foundation questions are usually quicker to answer in a short call.
We use those details to call you back, schedule the estimate, prepare the plan, and discuss the work you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information, and you can ask us to delete it.

We do not ask for payment details on this website
There is no payment page on this site, no card form, and no checkout. We do not collect card numbers, bank details, or deposits online. The inspection is free, the written price is free, and payment is discussed in person once you have a plan in front of you.
This matters because of a scam pattern that targets homeowners with foundation problems: an urgent message, a link, and a request for a deposit to “hold your slot.” If a message claiming to be from us ever asks you to enter card details on a web page, it did not come from us. The request form on this site is provided by 123FormBuilder, a specialist form service. When you submit it, your message travels over an encrypted connection to their servers and is then delivered to us.
Your visit also creates ordinary server records, such as the address you connected from, the browser you used, and which pages you opened. These are standard web server logs, used to keep the site running and secure rather than to build a profile of you.
