Warranties That Follow the House
Every plan we offer is transferable. When you sell your home, the warranty goes with it, and that’s a line item in your favor at the closing table.
Three tiers, platinum-level service on all of them

What “transferable” actually means
Most foundation warranties quietly die when the house changes hands. Ours are written to survive the sale.
If you sell, the buyer inherits the coverage: the free adjustments, the terms, all of it. For a buyer choosing between two similar homes, “the foundation work is warrantied for life, and it transfers” ends the conversation. Realtors in our service area know our paperwork for exactly that reason.
An adjustment, by the way, is routine foundation care: if a repaired area settles slightly as seasons cycle, we come back and fine-tune the lift. Under Platinum, that visit is free forever.
Warranty questions
What does the warranty transfer cost the buyer?
The coverage moves with the house. Platinum transfers fully with free adjustments for the life of the structure; Gold and Silver transfer on their stated terms. We put the transfer terms in writing before the repair starts.
What is a foundation "adjustment"?
Routine fine-tuning. If a repaired area settles slightly as seasons cycle, we come back and re-level it. Under Platinum those visits are free for the life of the structure; under Gold they are free for five years.
Which repairs come with which warranty?
Double-pressed and steel-pressed piers carry Platinum. Single-pressed piers carry a gold-level lifetime service warranty, and Sonotube piers carry Gold. Block-and-pad piers and re-leveling on existing piers carry Silver.
Is the warranty from a manufacturer or from you?
From us, the locally owned company that did the work, which means the people honoring it are the people who installed it, right here in Waco.
